Tsukiji fish market is probably the most iconic place to visit in Tokyo for food lovers. Being the biggest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world, Tsukiji became a major tourist attraction in Japan. What was so unique about being in Tsukiji was how the food tasted. The seafood from the food stalls over there tasted so fresh and sweet that people would say "you could taste the sea" just from eating the food. We couldn't agree more with that statement. From high end sushi restaurants to the street stall that sell fresh grilled scallops, everything tasted nothing but flavoursome. Since the fish market has started to move to their new location in phases, so if you are thinking of visiting do make it quick!
